Frequently asked questions
Where should I start if I am sourcing custom packaging for the first time?
Read the guide to choosing a manufacturer, then the RFQ guide. Together they explain what suppliers need from you and what to check in return. Add the MOQ and lead time guides before you set a launch date, because minimums and production stages shape both budget and timing.
Which guide covers the packaging rules in my country?
Start with the food-contact guide if the packaging touches food, then the market guide: PPWR for the EU as a whole, the Germany and Austria guide for VerpackDG, the UK guide for pEPR, and the US guide for federal and state rules. Product guides cover item-specific rules such as cup marking or bag charges.
