Information on this website
We prepare the content of this website with care. Product descriptions, technical guides and information on materials, printing and regulations are general information. They are not legal or technical advice and do not replace checking the requirements for your specific product. Specifications, materials and compliance details become binding only when they are confirmed in our quotation or order confirmation. We may change or update the content at any time.
Quotation requests
A quotation request sent through our forms is a non-binding inquiry. We reply with a quotation based on the details you provide. A contract is concluded only when we confirm an order in writing.
Shop order requests
- Our shop shows fixed prices per product configuration and quantity tier. All prices exclude VAT and delivery.
- Prices shown in a currency other than EUR are converted from our EUR list prices at the exchange rate stated in the shop. They are indicative; the proforma invoice states the final amount and currency.
- Sending an order request does not create a contract. We check availability, confirm VAT and delivery, and send you a proforma invoice and a digital proof.
- A contract is concluded only when we confirm the order in writing, for example with the proforma invoice. Production starts after payment and your approval of the proof.
- No payment is taken on this website.
Prices, quantities, delivery terms and specifications agreed in our quotation, proforma invoice or order confirmation take precedence over the information shown on the website.
Artwork and files you send
By sending artwork, logos or other files, you confirm that you are entitled to use them and to have them printed. We use these files only to prepare quotations and proofs and to produce your order. You are responsible for the content of your artwork.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, illustrations, logos and design of this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and belong to us or to our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own information. Any other copying, distribution or use requires our prior written permission.
Liability
