Custom Printed Foodservice Accessories

This category covers the small branded items that travel with a meal rather than hold it. Two product lines sit here: printed napkins, which every table, tray and bag needs, and individually wrapped wet wipes for messy food such as fried chicken, ribs, kebabs and burgers.

Buyers are mainly quick-service chains, cafés, bakery chains and restaurant groups that want the logo on the item a guest actually handles. Other accessories, such as cup sleeves and tray liners, sit in the categories of the product they belong to; links are below.

Products in this category

Custom printed foodservice accessories: logo napkins and wrapped wet wipes for QSR, cafés and restaurants, plus where to find sleeves and tray liners.

Custom Printed Napkins

Tissue napkins in one, two or three plies for counter, tray and table service, and airlaid napkins where a linen-like feel justifies the cost. Buyers include QSR and fast-casual chains, cafés, bars and hotel banqueting. The decisions that matter come in a fixed order: material and ply, then size and fold, then whether a dispenser dictates the format, and only then the artwork, because tissue reproduces bold logos well and fine detail poorly.

Custom Printed Wet Wipes

Individually wrapped refreshing towelettes in a printed sachet, handed out with messy or hand-eaten food and in table service. Buyers are restaurants, QSR and delivery brands and the distributors that supply them. The key decisions are the sachet material (paper, kraft or laminate), the wipe size and lotion, and the nonwoven the wipe itself is made from, which also decides how the product is treated under the single-use plastics rules.

Napkins or wet wipes?

Start with what the guest needs to clean. A napkin dries lips and absorbs spills and is used at every meal. A wet wipe cleans sticky or greasy fingers and is worth adding where the menu is eaten by hand. Many operators supply both, with napkins as the default and a wipe in the bag for sauce-heavy items.

One difference affects both planning and compliance. Napkins are a paper product printed by flexo on tissue, while a wet wipe is a packed article with a lotion, a nonwoven and a printed sachet, so it involves different materials, different print limits and, in the EU and UK, its own labelling and plastics rules. Quote them as separate items even when they are ordered together.

Wet wipes:

Napkins and wipes are usually specified alongside cups, wraps and bags. The burger restaurant and coffee shop packaging pages show where they fit in a full set.

Each hub ends with a specification checklist. For what a complete request should contain across several items, see the packaging RFQ guide, or contact us with your current napkin size and ply, wipe format and artwork.

Frequently asked questions

Why are cup sleeves not listed in this category?

Sleeves and cup carriers are specified around the cup they fit, so they sit with paper cups in the cups and containers category. Their sizing depends on the cup's top and bottom diameters and wall type, which is why they share a category with the cups themselves rather than with napkins.

Is a serviette the same product as a napkin?

Yes. "Serviette" is the term still widely used in UK catering and trade catalogues, while "napkin" is standard in the US and in international English. In German-speaking markets buyers search for "Servietten mit Logo"; the product and its specification are the same.

Can napkins be ordered together with cups or bags in one quotation?

Yes, many buyers request a set at once. Each item is still specified separately, because napkins are printed on tissue by flexo while cups and bags use different materials and processes, so colours and print detail will not look identical across the set.

Are wet wipes part of the foodservice accessories range or a cosmetic product?

Printed wet wipes for restaurants are supplied here as a foodservice accessory, but the lotion and labelling can bring cosmetics rules into play depending on the market and the formulation. The wet wipe guides cover the EU cosmetics duties and the single-use plastics rules, and the responsible company should confirm its own obligations with the relevant authority.
