Custom Printed Rounded Edge Tray Liner, 40 gsm White Greaseproof
A thin, light 40 gsm white greaseproof liner with rounded corners and a clean base for printed branding. Offered in three sizes, with 14 price tiers.
Description
This liner uses 40 gsm white greaseproof paper, a thin, lightweight sheet with a clean white base for printed branding. It suits quick-service restaurants, takeaway counters and high-volume chains that want a light liner rather than a heavier finished paper. Unlike the brown greaseproof version, the white base lets your brand colours show against a neutral background.
Printing is by offset on one side, with a choice of 1 colour, 2 colours or CMYK 4 colours. Corners are rounded for a neat edge on the tray. The liner comes in 210 x 297 mm, 280 x 380 mm or 297 x 420 mm, so you can match the sheet to smaller or larger serving trays.
Quantities start at 250 pieces, with price tiers at 500, 1,000 and every further 1,000 to 10,000, then 15,000 and 20,000.

Any quantity from 250 pieces. Price tiers are at 250, 500, 1,000, then every 1,000 up to 10,000, followed by 15,000 and 20,000 pieces.
Are the prices shown final?
Prices are fixed per configuration and shown in USD excluding VAT. VAT and delivery are confirmed on the proforma invoice that 9 Packaging sends after reviewing your order.
Can I order without finished artwork?
Yes. You can submit the order and supply artwork later, and a print proof is sent for approval before production.
