Custom Printed Rounded Edge Tray Liner, 40 gsm Brown Greaseproof
A lightweight 40 gsm brown greaseproof liner with rounded corners and a warm, earthy base colour. It is the brown counterpart to our white greaseproof version.
Description
Printed on 40 gsm brown greaseproof paper, this is one of the two lightest options in our rounded edge range. The brown base gives burger, fried chicken and street food outlets a warm, earthy look on the tray. Choose it over the white greaseproof version when your brand leans towards a natural, craft-style presentation rather than a bright white background.
Artwork is offset printed on one side only, in 1 colour, 2 colours or CMYK 4 colours. Plan your design with the brown base in mind, as it shows through any unprinted areas. Three sizes are offered: 210 x 297 mm, 280 x 380 mm and 297 x 420 mm, all with rounded corners.
The minimum order is 250 pieces, with price tiers up to 20,000 pieces.

What is the difference between the brown and white greaseproof liners?
Both are 40 gsm greaseproof paper with rounded corners and the same sizes and print options. The difference is the base colour of the paper.
Is printing on both sides possible?
No. This liner is offset printed on one side only, in 1 colour, 2 colours or CMYK 4 colours.
Will I see my design before it is printed?
Yes. A print proof is sent for your approval, and production starts only after you approve it.
