Custom Printed Tray Liner, 90 gsm Glossy Paper
A mid-weight 90 gsm glossy offset paper liner for colourful, eye-catching tray branding. It sits between the uncoated 80 gsm sheet and the heavier 115 gsm glossy liner.
Description
Made from 90 gsm offset paper with a glossy finish, this liner suits quick-service restaurants, pizza and burger chains and food court operators running seasonal campaigns or product launches. The shiny surface makes food photography and saturated brand colours stand out on the tray. It is lighter than the 115 gsm glossy option while keeping the same coated look.
Each sheet is cut to a plain rectangle with standard corners; a rounded edge glossy model is also available. Offset printing is applied to one side in 1 colour, 2 colours or CMYK four-colour process. Sizes cover 210 x 297 mm, 280 x 380 mm and 297 x 420 mm, so one design can be adapted across tray formats.
The minimum order is 250 pcs, with price tiers up to 20,000 pcs.

Both share the glossy finish, sizes and print options. The 90 gsm sheet is lighter, while the 115 gsm sheet is heavier and more substantial.

Can you print photographs?
