Custom Printed Tray Liner, 80 gsm Uncoated Paper
A white-surface 80 gsm uncoated paper liner for everyday branded tray service. It has no glossy or matt finish, giving a plain paper feel.
Description
This liner is printed on 80 gsm uncoated paper, a straightforward sheet for restaurants, canteens, cafés and quick-service outlets that change tray messages often. Without a glossy or matt coating, the surface has a natural paper feel that works well for menus, offers, puzzles and text-led layouts. For a coated look, see the 90 gsm and 115 gsm glossy or matt versions.
The format is a standard rectangle without rounded corners; the rounded edge 80 gsm model is offered separately. Offset printing covers one side, in 1 colour, 2 colours or CMYK. You can select from three sizes: 210 x 297 mm, 280 x 380 mm and 297 x 420 mm, making it simple to standardise liners across different tray types.
The minimum order is 250 pcs, with price tiers up to 20,000 pcs.

Is this paper coated?
No. It is 80 gsm uncoated paper. Glossy and matt finishes are available on our 90 gsm and 115 gsm liners.
Which quantities can I order?
Any quantity from 250 pcs can be ordered. Price tiers are at 250, 500, 1,000, every thousand from 2,000 to 10,000, 15,000 and 20,000 pcs.
Can I send my artwork after ordering?
Yes. You can upload artwork with the order or supply it later, and a print proof is sent for approval before production.
