Custom Printed Greaseproof Tray Liner, 40 gsm Brown
A lightweight 40 gsm brown greaseproof paper liner, printed with your logo or pattern on one side. It is the brown counterpart to our white greaseproof liner.
Description
This liner uses 40 gsm brown greaseproof paper, the lightest material in our standard rectangular range. Burger bars, fried chicken outlets, kebab shops and street food brands often choose brown greaseproof paper for its natural, unbleached appearance beneath fries, wraps and sandwiches. If your brand palette calls for a clean white base instead, the white greaseproof version offers the same specification.
Each rectangular sheet has standard corners; rounded edge alternatives are listed separately. Artwork is offset printed on one side in any 1-2 Pantone colours or in full colour CMYK. On a brown base, bold logos and strong single colours tend to read best. Sizes are 210 x 297 mm, 280 x 380 mm and 297 x 420 mm.
Price tiers are 250, 500 and 1,000 pcs, every 1,000 up to 10,000, then 15,000 and 20,000 pcs.

Yes. This liner can be printed in any 1-2 Pantone colours, or in full colour CMYK if your artwork needs more colours.
What is the difference from the white greaseproof liner?
The specification is the same, 40 gsm greaseproof paper with the same sizes and print options. Only the paper colour differs: this version is brown.

You can upload PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, TIF or ZIP files up to 50 MB, or supply artwork later. A print proof is sent for your approval before production.
