Custom Printed Double Wall Paper Cups, Full Colour Matt or Gloss
A two-layer printed cup built from a 300 gsm PE-coated body and a second 300 gsm paper wall, offset printed in full colour CMYK. It is available in four sizes with a choice of matt or gloss finish.
Description
These double wall cups suit coffee shops, bakeries, cafés and foodservice chains that want a more substantial takeaway cup for their hot drinks menu. Compared with our single wall version, the added outer layer gives the cup a firmer feel in the hand and a separate printed surface, while the matt or gloss finish lets you choose the look that matches your brand.
The cup body is 300 gsm paper with an 18 gsm PE coating, wrapped in a second wall of 300 gsm paper. Your design is offset printed in CMYK full colour, so photographs, gradients and detailed brand artwork can be reproduced. Sizes are 100 ml (4 oz), 240 ml (8 oz), 350 ml (12 oz) and 450 ml (16 oz), and each can be finished in matt or gloss.
The minimum order is 1,000 pieces, with price tiers in steps of 1,000 up to 10,000, then 15,000, 20,000 and 25,000.
